Analyzing the Factors Influencing Farmers’ Decision-making Regarding the Adoption of Sustainable Agricultural Practices. MSC

Abstract:
This research study aims to analyze the factors influencing farmers’ decision-making regarding the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices. Sustainable agricultural practices are essential for addressing environmental challenges, improving resource efficiency, and ensuring long-term agricultural productivity. However, the adoption of these practices varies among farmers, and understanding the factors that influence their decision-making is crucial for promoting sustainable agriculture. This study will examine the individual, social, economic, and institutional factors that shape farmers’ decisions to adopt sustainable practices. It will analyze the role of knowledge and awareness, financial considerations, social networks, policy incentives, and access to resources in influencing farmers’ adoption behavior. Additionally, the research will explore the barriers and facilitators of sustainable practice adoption and identify strategies to promote widespread adoption. By analyzing the factors influencing farmers’ decision-making, this study aims to provide insights for policymakers, extension services, and stakeholders in designing effective interventions to promote sustainable agriculture.
