Development of efficient methods for the removal of heavy metals from industrial wastewater. MSC

Abstract:
The presence of heavy metals in industrial wastewater poses a significant threat to the environment and human health. Therefore, the development of efficient methods for the removal of heavy metals from industrial wastewater is of utmost importance. This research project aims to investigate and optimize various techniques for the removal of heavy metals, such as adsorption, precipitation, ion exchange, membrane filtration, and electrochemical methods. The project will focus on evaluating the effectiveness, cost-efficiency, and environmental impact of these methods, with the ultimate goal of providing sustainable solutions for heavy metal removal in industrial wastewater treatment processes.
