Exploring the use of sustainable materials in fashion design and its impact on the environment. MSC

Abstract:
This research project aims to explore the use of sustainable materials in fashion design and its impact on the environment. The fashion industry has long been associated with environmental degradation due to its reliance on non-renewable resources and harmful production practices. However, in recent years, there has been a growing movement towards sustainable fashion, which emphasizes the use of eco-friendly materials and ethical production methods. This research will investigate the various sustainable materials available for fashion design, their benefits and limitations, and their potential to reduce the industry’s environmental footprint. Additionally, the project will examine the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing sustainable practices in the fashion industry, and the role of consumers in driving change towards a more sustainable future.
