Abstract:
This research study aims to investigate the impact of agricultural extension services on farmers’ knowledge, adoption of new technologies, and income. Agricultural extension services play a crucial role in disseminating information, providing training, and facilitating technology transfer to farmers. However, there is a need to assess the effectiveness of these services in improving farmers’ knowledge, promoting the adoption of new technologies, and enhancing their income. This study will analyze the role of agricultural extension services in enhancing farmers’ knowledge and awareness of innovative farming practices. It will examine the factors influencing farmers’ adoption behavior and the extent to which extension services contribute to technology adoption. Additionally, the research will assess the impact of technology adoption on farmers’ income and livelihoods. By investigating the impact of agricultural extension services, this study aims to provide insights for policymakers, extension agencies, and stakeholders in designing effective extension programs to support farmers’ development.
