The aim of this final year project was to examine the impact of adult education programs on employability and career advancement from the perspective of graduates who have completed such programs. The study sought to explore the perceptions of graduates regarding the skills and knowledge acquired through adult education, the extent to which these programs enhanced their employability, and the career advancement opportunities that were made available to them as a result of their participation in adult education.
